Workplace Regulations Poster

Stay compliant with workplace regulations with jobsite posters. CAM publishes a plastic-laminated 30” x 50” poster that contains the fourteen federal and Michigan posters required on all jobsites in Michigan.

The U.S. Department of Labor requires employers to display the following seven posters at their workplace:

  • Employee Rights Under the Davis-Bacon Act
  • Equal Opportunity is the Law
  • Equal Opportunity is the Law - Supplement
  • Employee Polygraph Protection Act
  • Employee Rights and Responsibilities
  • under the Family Medical Leave Act
  • Workers Rights Under Executive Order 13658
  • Your Rights Under USERRA

The State of Michigan requires employers to display the following seven posters at their workplace:

  • Michigan Employment Security Agency
  • Michigan Law Prohibits Discrimination
  • Michigan Minimum Wage
  • Michigan Right to Know SDS – Hazardous Chemicals
  • Michigan Right to Know SDS – Location
  • Michigan Safety and Health on the Job
  • Michigan Whistleblowers' Protection Act

In addition to the twelve basic posters, special circumstances may require the display of these additional posters (not included):

  • Notice to Employees Working on Federally Financed Construction Projects is required only for contractors working under federally financed construction projects under the Davis-Bacon Act.
  • Notice to Employees Working on Government Contracts is required only for contractors working under the Walsh-Healy Public Contracts Act or the McNamara-O’Hara Service Contract Act.
  • Notice to Workers with Disabilities is required only if your company employs workers with disabilities under special minimum wage certificates authorized by the Fair Labor Standards Act, the Walsh-Healy Public Contracts Act, or the McNamara-O’Hara Service Contract Act.
  • Notice of Employee Rights Under the National Labor Relations Act is required with few exceptions, by Executive Order 13496 (dated January 30, 2009) for contractors and subcontractors working under federal government contracts. Executive Order 13496 revoked Executive Order 13201.
  • The Youth Employment Standards poster is required only if you employ minors under 18 years of age.

Note: Since Michigan operates under an OSHA-approved State Plan, posting of the federal OSHA Poster is not required.  The equivalent MIOSHA Poster is required instead.
