Improving Profitability Through Your Next Lease or Purchase

One of the largest expenses for any construction firm is its lease or mortgage payment on the company’s office / warehouse. A poorly negotiated lease or purchase, or a missed real estate opportunity can result in a business paying tens to hundreds of thousands of dollars more than necessary.  This equates to businesses having to produce three to four times this amount of money just to break even on the inflated costs. As businesses seek to reduce expenses in the current economic conditions, there are opportunities to significantly reduce office expenses as well as dramatically improve the location and quality of their space. This presentation is designed to help construction businesses understand ways to have the highest impact on their office space expense through properly managed lease and purchase negotiations.

Presenter

Tammy K. Clark is a commercial real estate agent who specializes in representing tenants and buyers exclusively. Tammy’s expertise in negotiating commercial leases and purchases has proven to help clients improve their profitability through real estate transactions. 

Tammy’s extensive experience as a Safety & Quality Consultant to the construction industry has served as a beneficial platform in negotiating real estate transactions. Tammy’s knowledge of the construction industry has given her an edge when negotiating on behalf of commercial construction clients. She is an in-demand consultant who enjoys working collaboratively in both the construction and real estate industries. Tammy has served on the CAM Safety Committee for two years, and has enjoyed presenting at the CAM Safety Leadership Conferences, 2017 and 2018.
